Product Description

Mini PainGone pain relief pen

At half the size of the standard PainGone the mini PainGone pen offers the same powerful, drug-free relief and is even easier to take with you for pain relief wherever you are and whenever you need it. Lasts for 50,000 clicks, half the lifetime of the standard PainGone.

What is it?Mini PainGone is a handy, fast working pain relief device shaped like a fat ballpoint pen. It's compact size means that it can be carried around at all times and can be used to give instant relief, anywhere, even when fully clothed.

How does it work?Mini PainGone works by pressing the button on top of the device to deliver a low frequency, gentle electrical charge produced by crystals, straight to the point of pain. Each click sends a pulse that activates endorphins, the body's natural painkillers to free you from pain. This stimulating frequency can thus provide prolonged and often instant relief. This means that anywhere, at anytime, pain relief is but a click away.

* Used on the point of pain, 30 second treatment
* No leads, pads or batteries, works through clothing
* Small and lightweight
* Use as often as required
* NHS recommended, CE registered Class IIa medical device
* Over 3 million worldwide users
* Clinically tested, drug free and safe
* Simple to use and no side effects.

Very handy size pen. I was concerned when I first used it that I got a 'shock' not only from the end that you are supposed to, but also from the button end when pressed. I found out that this button end problem wore off after about a week though - which I am glad for as multiple presses were not very comfortable on the thumb! It seems that you have to 'complete a circuit' when using it, hence the effect at the button end. I use it regularly on accupressure points (which can be found on the pain gone website), and carry it around in my jeans pocket all the time. I wouldnt say pain has gone but it has improved a little - and I would definitely get another when this one wears out. I have had it for about a month now. I ordered the mini pen instead of the full pen because it can be held between two fingers under the pen top ledge and pressed with the thumb, which maybe easier for using on your back.I hope that this helps.

I need to get to the dentist to get two enormous holes in my teeth filled, but I don't like my dentist much and have been putting it off -even when a crown fell out, I ignored tne problem.
Result..... screaming pain in the jaw, that turns me into a drooling zombie. Paracetamol wasn't touching it and come evening, I was just in agony.
In desperation, I ordered one of thesepain relief pens, not really expecting it to work.
It's a it stiff to click and gives a little snap jolt to both the site applied and the thumb on the button. After twenty face twitching ckicks to the jaw, I could smell the effects of the arcing spark and my face was feeling slightly prickly. When I stopped clicking, I paused for a moment and realised the pain was mu h, much less. My toes had uncurled and I ould breathe normally again.
What a wonderful relief.
I didn't expect it to be this effective.

Yes, I will get round to going to the dentist!

I use a tens regularly, but needed something for those places you cant put the pads such as fingers, face etc. It does seem to be working, but nothing like a real tens machine, however I think the edge had gone from the pain. These things are so variable though its best to try it your self and at this price its worth a go.

If, however you have chronic pain in a larger area, go for a "proper" machine, especially if you have stiff or weak hands - this one needs quite a lot of stiff clicks to work, so your thumb soon feels it

...for pain sufferers.
Really good size for bags/pockets. Will likely get one for myself as bought this for my dad who suffers chronic pain. He's used it frequently to help alleviate and reduce pain levels. Although it hasn't removed his pain completely, it has helped to reduce the amount of prescription meds required.

I had all but given up hope of finding a solution to my neck pain, but this little product is simply amazing. I carry it everywhere and whenever I feel my neck beginning to hurt I simply apply the pen to the point of discomfort and I can honestly say it goes away. Only down side is you do experience quite an electric shock in your thumb while administering the pen, but this is simply remedied by wearing a thick glove, which I also carry around with me! Don't be put off my that, it just goes to show that it's working!

This is a mini version of the TENS machine and in pen form you can deliver the pain relief straight to any given point of the body. This is smaller enough to put into a bag or pocket to take to work, or going out. It means less cumbersome TENS attached to your body with wires and leads. It can be used for all chronic pain conditions as well as general pain from muscle and joint problems. Always research your condition prior to buying it. Very good value for money and nice compact size.
