I use Skype with a netbook, and whilst the webcam is fine, the built in mic
is terrible. This little bendy mic is very neat and my international skypemates tell me they can now hear me extremely well !

Good working product, voice is loud, bought for my girlfriend to use to skype myself while I am in America, very impressed, sound is clear. Does exactly what I wanted it to do 10/10 for quality and price!

I bought this item as I have a laptop with a web cam but no built in microphone. so I needed something that would be able to pick up my voice without being big an in the way or trailing wires everywhere. This turned out to be the perfect thing for the job. Works well, has good range on it, be careful you turn it up 2 high or you will get a feedback loop from your laptop speakers. The only minor annoyance is that when it is plugged in it is slightly lose so prone to tilting flat if you move the laptop at all. Good purchase all things considered and incredible value for money.
