This delightful set of three CD-ROMs wil encourage your child to develop basic and early literacy skills, to develop vocabulary and use close observation to distinguish between images.
On each of the CD-ROMs children can select from two different activity types (Which piece? and Which pair?) to complete simple two-piece puzzles that animate when answered correctly.
Activities are self-correcting, so your child wil enjoy a feeling of achievement whatever his/her ability.
Mini Matchers 1 has three topics to choose from: Who's Hiding (encourages familiarisation with simple prepositions), Things That Go Together (for example flowers and a vase), and Opposites.
Mini Matchers 2offers the choice of the following three topics:
Whose baby? (matching baby animals with the right mother), Whose tail? (match an animal to its correct tail) and Whose home? (match an animal with its home).
Mini Matchers 3 has three topics to choose from:
Find the Letter (practices recognition of lower and upper case letters of the alphabet), Find the Word (learn and consolidate spellings of common words) and Find the Rhyme (begin to learn about rhyme)
