My 5 year old chose this with her birthday money. It's a bit flimsy- knocks over easily and the little bridge that goes between the two trees can be difficult to put in place with little hands but she seemed to enjoy it and is still playing with it a month later. It would be better if these mini dolls could stand up but there are a few different places where the lalaloopsy dolls can sit

this tree house is so cute
have bought for my daughters 3rd bday in jan
received today and got out of the parcel - a) to make it easier on her bday had read that they were hard to get out of the box. there are quite alot of tags didnt take to long!! b) read reviews that is was flimsy
anyway got it out of the package and set it up.
it is very sweet there is alot to do on it
it wobbles abit when you use the lift or sit otherwise no problems!!
certainly doesnt fall over as other reviews i have found have stated!!
obviously i am not a 3 year old though
i would say make sure trees r connected plus bridge much more sturdy then when apart.
luv the figures tried it out with the girl figure the legs move and arms and the head wobbles r a really good size as well :)
so many things for her to do - has2 nutshells for her to sit in plus other areas in the house,a wind seat great fun, ladder etc
i luv this house and sure my daughter will to cant wait for her to play with it
have also bought her bus and some other figures :)

This is one of my best purchases ever, my daughters plays with this all the time. Great imaginative play item no matter what the age! Straight forward building of the item.It's plastic but durable enough. The only thing i didn't like was taking it all out the packaging, thats a nightmare with any toys though!!! Would reccomend for any child that likes to use their imagination!
