The heat only lasts for 15 minutes and after using only 5 times all 4 that I bought wouldn't heat up again when clicked

The heat lasts for 30mins plus. It only takes a few minutes in boiling water is ready soon afterwards. I've already re-used them 10 times with no reduction in the time they stay hot. At [...] + [...] postage this is good value. Also I ordered 2 sets of 2 and paid the same postage as buying 1 which isn't always the case as some suppliers charge postage on each unit.
I bought these as a replacement for ones I got for my birthday that broke. Although these are similar in shape and size I found the resetting instructions equally as misleading as the first set I bought (from a different brand) however, because I had experience resetting handwarmers, I knew what to do.
Rather than just "putting them in boiling water" you have to boil a pan of water and put the handwarmer into the pan while still on the heat and keep an eye on it to make sure it is still boiling and keeps boiling until the handwarmer is completely clear. I hope this helped anybody struggling.
The reason I only give this product 4 stars isn't actually to do with the resetting at all though (as I was already prepared for that), more to do with the length of time they stay hot for. My old ones lasted a good 10 minutes, these last barely 5. They actually are warmer for longer when you take them freshly out of the boiling water than they are when activated!
Still, a good product for the price as a lot of others I looked at were severely overpriced.
