Absolutely delighted to find this book on Amazon after some years of trying to find a replacement for my first copy which I lost. In 25 years of studying Buddhism and self help techniques both personally and professionally, this book has always been memorable. It was one of the first books that gave me some insight into the workings of the mind, bringing together psychology and spirituality. It is practical and easy to read. Very highly recommended!
