Gina Biegel does a great job at explaining mindfulness to teens in a simple way that makes it easy to understand. There are a few formal meditations and there are tracks that explain how to practice mindfulness while doing every day things. I really like the explanation Gina gives for having a mindful shower. It is such a great example of how to practice mindfulness on a daily basis since it is something done daily and often on auto pilot. I highly recommend this CD.
