5.0 out of 5 stars Classic Minder! 25 Sep 2008
By ianb
This third series is the best series of Minder. First shown in 1982 this series has all of the hallmarks that made Minder great. Superb performances from the actors, great story lines and above all it is very funny. Do yourself a favour and grab a dose of TV nostalgia at its finest, just don't let 'er indoors' know!

5.0 out of 5 stars VINTAGE TV 30 May 2009
For those who have only watched the latest series of Minder, I would certainly recommend watching the original version. George Cole and Dennis Waterman are a winning duo in this amusing series. The interaction between the characters in good and this is an altogether good watching experience. A really good blast from past.

5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic series. 2 Dec 2009
This classic series, concerning small-time con-man Arthur Daley and his far more straight-laced assistant Terry McCann who's constantly having to come to Arthur's rescue, really takes flight in this third series. Well-written storylines are packed with drama, excitement and razor-sharp humour. The wealth of guest stars continues, and this series includes appearances from Derek Fowlds, Chris Ellison, Warren Clarke, Ian Hogg, Mike Reid, Julian Holloway, Harold Innocent and many more. Minder at its very best. If you're new to the Arthur/Terry team, then this is the box-set for you.

4.0 out of 5 stars Classic entertainment 20 Oct 2011
The usual great mix of comedy and drama, (with the accent on the comedy). Dennis Waterman, George Cole, and the scriptwriters are all on top form. Wonderful entertainment.
