I was first given this book by a friend after reading Mind to Mind and Mind Magic. I then went out to buy my own copy as I wanted to always be able to refer to the mind exercises which are included in most chapters.
Betty Shine's style of writing is magic and it took me only a day to read this book first time - because I could not put it down.
I would suggest that it is read after her first two books. By that time the reader will have already begun experimenting with their mind and will have disciplined it to be able to follow the further mind exercises in this book.
Not only is it thought provoking, but it stimulates the imagination and its a lot of fun too. Children particularly find the imagination exercises great fun.
However, the messages in it are serious and relate to all aspects of our lives, and how to deal with the problems we face from time to time.
I can truly say that Betty's books have changed the way I approach my life, people and problems. It gives you the power to achieve anything through positive thinking.
A very interesting book and thoroughly recommended.

Once again a Betty Shine book that has brought a peace to my mind that was not there before. Betty certainly had a gift and reading this book has helped me no end, try it for yourselves, after all you can't lose its a win win situation.
