This isn't 'mind tricks' in a Jedi or even Derren Brown sense; it's all about quick and simple ways of tricking your own mind into behaving itself. If you ever find that you think too much about unimportant stuff, you're overcome by phobias or your 'monkey mind' gets in the way of enjoying your life, this is the book you need.

I did not like this book - and I generally do like the format and contents of the wooden books series. So it is the content that I found annoying as it told me nothing that any person would already know. These are not mind tricks but rather common sense attitudes to life and managing your own expectations, all dressed up as NLP. As for format, the text to the illustrations is very small. I did not quite need a magnifying glass, but Wooden's editors should have picked this up.
