I work as an support worker for people who have adiction problem since I have this book I been using the stories to work with Serves Users who have resistent issues . It is just amazed me how effective this stories are and how changes are comming about . Thumps up for this book

This book and the two the two other books of metaphors have helped me to explain to clients that there is light at the end of the tunnel. Because, as the author states, they are based on real experiences of his clients there is a credibility that enforces their use to bring about belief in improvement.
A good book to be used with people. It is also great reading for entertainment as there is a great sense of humor running through it and the others. Clients appreciate seeing the chance for change with a smile.

An excellent book with powerful Metaphors that I have used to great effect. If you know someone who emotionally is stuck in a place, where they struggle to think of a way out,one of these stories may hold the key!
