This is probably the best money I have spent on relaxation cds. The music is great. Usual I prefer guided relaxation techniques, but for a change I purchased this and I was not disappointed. Certainly worth adding to your collection. The Yoga cd is fantastic. As a beginner I found it easy to follow and use it often whilst playing the music in the background.All in all a great purchase.

Pack of two CDs, one DVD, wonderful relaxation compilation, I use the CDs for my pilates lessons, best mix of music I ever found, lovely, quiet. Good Yoga DVD, included in the set. Worth purchasing.

Beautiful box set of tracks to relax too - especially the haunting and exquisitely played sax track 'Ascent' by Tyler Rix (so good I bought the album!). I've listened to it late at night to unwind to - excellent and recommended.

A great way to Chill Out
The 2 c.d.s simply ouse relaxing music and greatly assist to Chill Out, in a relaxing bath or in a quiet room. Great value for money.
