1.0 out of 5 stars Nutrition matters game 30 July 2009
Platform for Display:Nintendo Wii
Fun: 1.0 out of 5 stars
Not worth buying! The graphics are poor - text unreadable. It doesn't do what I thought it would. You can only enter food/exercise details for a basic 7 pattern. You can't enter daily details to keep a track of what you have eaten/exercised and see what sort of impact that will have on your future.
All you can do is enter what you typicaly do over a 7 day period and see how that effects you. Nice to look at once - but not something you'll keep going back to, other than that the only thing it does is weigh you.

1.0 out of 5 stars Inferior Game 15 July 2009
By KayT
Platform for Display:Nintendo Wii
Fun: 1.0 out of 5 stars
This game is aimed at female users of wii fit who are maybe looking to use it as a weight loss resource. Compared to other video games, it is inferior in user quality and has poor graphics. Speech bubbles are very difficult to read. The information it gives about health and fitness is very basic. If you want to customise the game to meet your own weight loss or fitness requirements then look for an alternative.

disappointed, as i have many things for the wii that work well, but this just was not up to the standard, graphics etc were not as good, and did not offer enough of what it stated.

3.0 out of 5 stars too fiddley 9 Sep 2009
Platform for Display:Nintendo Wii
Fun: 3.0 out of 5 stars
the best thing about this is the simulation which shows you how fat you will get over time if you eat too much and do too little. The rest of it is too awkward and imprecise to bother with for me. Not worth the money.

1.0 out of 5 stars Don't waste your money! 12 Aug 2010
Platform for Display:Nintendo Wii
Fun: 1.0 out of 5 stars
Seriously do not waste your money on this 'game'.
You start by creating your 'avatar' make it look like you if you wish (sounds like a good start) then you have to put in your basics; height weight etc. It will tell you if you are over weight and by how much. Then you spend time filling in what you eat in an average day. You can pick out a pre-set meal (this is when you realise that it is an American game); or you can create a meal from scratch; picking each and every item one at a time (and boy does it take time). You have to do this for breakfast, lunch and dinner plus snacks (seven times, Mon to Sun). You then fill in your activities for each day. The game will then give you a representation of how your weight loss or gain will go over the next few months. If the details you filled in for your food intake are lower in calories per day (because you are on a diet) you will see your avatar get too thin. Hello, the majority of people know when to stop dieting!
You can also set it up to use a Wii Fit board as a set of scales.
And that is basically it! It simply lets you create a look alike and then tells you if you will loose/gain weight or stay the same. You can't use it for hints or tips or on a day to day basis. It dosent help you real time. Unless there is something on the game that I havent found.
If you need a 'friend' as it were to help you watch your food intake etc go and buy 'My Health Coach' for the Nintendo DS; a much better deal, can be used real time on a day to day basis. It gives you a realistic calory intake per day (put in what you eat when you eat it). Lots of hints, tips, quizes, progress graphs and most of all encouragemnt! My Health Coach includes a pedomiter which links to the DS so you can download your activity each day. A much, much better deal!My Health Coach: Manage Your Weight (Includes An Exclusive Pedometer) (Nintendo DS),
