Product Description
The Mino UM-710S USB Monitor is a perfect addition to your computer set up, it adds a secondary screen in seconds for applications/widgets you always keep it on top, for example: the game map, chat window, stock quotes, photo/video player, or even a window for your IP-based CCTV camera/recorder. You simply plug it into a spare USB port of your computer (driver installation only required for the 1st time). There is no need for separate power supply, neither does it require graphical card support, one USB cable does it all: power and data (video).
The 7-inch wide LED-backlit display is bright and vibrant, with high-resolution and high contrast, so you get crystal clear vision on this compact display.
The difference between Mimo UM-710S and UM-720S is the later had additional touch screen facility (for higher price). The difference between UM-710 and UM-710S is the later has a much better stand.

Recently replaced my broken Logitech G15 keyboard with a combination of this display and a Microsoft Sidewinder X4 keyboard.
Since I was not convinced by the quality of the Logitech product but didn't want to miss the display I was looking for alternatives. First I tried a second TFT display but didn't really like it since it took up too much space on my desktop and was hard to keep in sight while gaming. Then I found out about USB displays and finally decided to give the MIMO UM-710S a try.
What can I say? I am totally satisfied. I can now keep track of ICQ, Team-Speak, CPU-Usage/Temperature etc. while gaming in full screen mode. A little more expensive than a G19 keyboard but much more flexible and very easy to set up and use. *****
