Russ Whitney's book is a breath taking charge through the world of property investment is the US. As with his last excellent book 'Building Wealth' the ideas and creative solution tumble out from every page. You cannot but be inspired and stimulated by the multiplicity of ways in which he suggests money can be made from the property market, not simply by the usual buy-to-rent formula.The disappointment for me was the heavy on the US. Many if the ideas discussed are simply not applicable to the UK, but this does not mean the book is without merit or value far from it. I believe that the real message must be to think creatively about property investment, explore many routes and remember that it is possible to create wealth via many avenues. The enthusiam that the author has for property and original thiniking is a joy and permiates every page of this enjoyable book.

Millionaire R.A. Mentor - not as good as his first book!,

Russ Whitneys first book Building Wealth was much more informative for the guy on the street starting out in property investing, a lot of the ideas mentioned are for USA, although this book can still be useful if you are in the UK. He uses more property investor 'terms' in this book and I would recommend reading probably after you have done some research or been on the property investing scene for a bit. Still worthy of having on the bookshelf. There is often hinting on his classroom based seminars with success stories, despite this there is lots of useful information as well and I think it does a good job of getting you into the property investing mentality, I would recommend reading his first book 'building wealth' first. This book is still worth the money if you are going to invest.
