This helmet is part of the Mil-Com Military Clothing for Kids range and, like the clothing, it is well made and durable. My six year old is over the moon. It can be ajusted by simply lifting and turning a button fitted inside the helmet so it will grow with the child. It looks very realistic and looks good with or without the camouflage bit. Recommended.

We got this for our nephew for christmas he is 8 but his brothers use it too cos it fits them too one is 3 and the other is 10 so this fits all head sizes even fits my husband and he is a tiny bit older than the kids!! its really hardwearing and robust not like the cheap kiddie helmets you can get.

My 6yr old boy received this for Xmas from an aunty, though when I tightened it, despite being gentle, the screw fitting fell apart in my hands. On inspection it appeared to be moulded imperfectly. I didnt want to upset my aunt by asking where she got it so I contacted the website on the label, the manufacturer. Didnt hear back. I then googled the helmet & the kids army shop came up first. I Emailed them, not expecting to get anywhere & to my excitement I received a reply to say they will send me a replacement at no cost to myself. I cant express how delighted I was with the service at Kids Army Shop. It really is refreshing to get such exceptional service when you have a problem. Especially when it is unknown whether they sold it in the first place. As a consequence I am writing this review, really of the shop, but I've no complaints about the helmet. The defect in the original was clearly a one off, as can happen. All too often when the customer has a problem though, the true colours of the seller shine through a whole heap of difficulties. Im so pleased it was not the case with the Kids Army Shop. I have since ordered other goods, which came within a couple of days. Very impressed, would recommend company to anyone with little boys!
