Mikki Slicker Brush The Mikki Slicker Brush has specially shaped stainless steel wire pins mounted on an air cushion to help reduce any excessive brushing force. The Slicker brushes are designed to be used with a soft stroking action enabling the shaped stainless steel pins to ease tangles and matts and remove loosedead hairs from the undercoat leaving the top coat clean and healthy. The Slicker Brush is suitable for use on dogs cats rabbits guinea pigs and other small animals.

It arrived super fast and when I opened the packet, I was met with an excellent quality, and VERY soft pins. As I have a very fussy and sensitive cat, comfort was my priority when buying a brush. Every time I take out the slicker, my cat rolls over onto his back for me to brush his belly, and when I groom him he purrs soo loudly!
And In one stroke, the brush was stuffed full of fur, like I had pushed wool right into it till bursting point. And I have a persian cat, so every so often I happen across a matt or two. Luckily, the Mikki Ball Pin Slicker got rid of them in just a few seconds!
If I had to say something wrong about it, than I have to say that the effectiveness of the brush deteriorates after it gets full of fur. However, I tried to vacuum it, and the fur got sucked in straight away, so that's good, but may be a bit of a bother if you can't be bothered to take out the Hoover twice a week.
Very worth the money. I strongly recommend this product.

I have a short hair cat who loves being groomed - she can't get enough of this brush. T'other, that's a different story! She's long hair, the brush works well, but she hates being groomed, but it works.
And oh, the soft grip handle, thank goodness for that! (sarcasm I'm afraid). If you spent hours grooming hundreds of cats I suppose it would help, but for the amount of time you are going to wield this I don't think it's really a selling point.
It's a brush, it works, bit of a pain to get the fur out though.

I thought I'd try this after reading the favourable reviews, and they are all right :)
I've two 9 month old Cavalier King Charles Spanels who didn't really like being groomed. But now, not only are they both happy to be brushed, but one of them now just falls asleep whilst his ears are done!
It leaves their fur with a soft feel and gets right down to the usual matt zones, it doesn't look like it should but it really does!
I have to highly recommend this :)

does the job
good slicker brush, combs out alot of fur from both the short haired ginger tom (who loves it)and the long haired bi-coloured (who hates it).

Great little brush
Well worth the selling price for painless, effective daily grooming (Lhasa Apso-Terrier cross). Our dog actually enjoys it now. Highly recommended.

Works well

Great product and good value
This product does exactly what it says it does. Its got balls on the end of the metal pins to protect your pet. I use this on my kittens and they actually quite like it.
