Hi, I don't know if anyone can help. I bought this for my Dell PC running WIndow XP. I plugged the mike in at the back and although the headphones worked fine the mike does not work at all. WHich is a disaster as I need them for recording videos with Camtasia.

I tried the troubleshooting software in windows but nothing seemed to work. Does anyone have any ideas?

Check that the MIC/audio connectors inside the PC are connected to the ouput! First!!! Most common fault, stuff not connected properly at factories!
