Simple to use, tap a small amount of powder onto your palms - clench your fist and allow the powder to warm and dissolve on the skin. That's it! A little goes a very long way, so use small amounts at each training session.

This was a very helpful tool. It really helped grip the pole, withought sticking when I didnt want to. I recomend this to everyone who has troubble slidding when trying to grip. =) enjoy

This product is overly expensive for what it is!! Its the size of your palm and will be used up within a few uses!! It should have the size of the product stated in its description. I was even disappointed with the quality of the powder as i dont have sweaty hands but it did not seem to stay on. Overall worst purchase ive had fom amazon. Get the liquid chalk instead and save your pennies from this let down!

Was recommended it by other pole fitness friends and will definitely carry on using it. Grip it does. Getting used to how much to use though. My hands have sweat and of course this makes you slip on the pole. Mightly grip has helped me stay on the pole

Not bad.
It does make a difference, but I don't think its worth all the hype. Some people say they it will last for an hour or more, but I find that I have to keep reapplying it.

Helps with grip on the pole for climbing moves and spins. I find it better to put it onto the pole, rather than my hands as it stays effective longer. Would recommend.
