Simple to use, tap a small amount of powder onto your palms - clench your fist and allow the powder to warm and dissolve on the skin. That's it! A little goes a very long way, so use small amounts at each training session.

This was a very helpful tool. It really helped grip the pole, withought sticking when I didnt want to. I recomend this to everyone who has troubble slidding when trying to grip. =) enjoy

This product is overly expensive for what it is!! Its the size of your palm and will be used up within a few uses!! It should have the size of the product stated in its description. I was even disappointed with the quality of the powder as i dont have sweaty hands but it did not seem to stay on. Overall worst purchase ive had fom amazon. Get the liquid chalk instead and save your pennies from this let down!

I'm sure this product is actually very good but unfortunately it doesn't work for me. I'm in the process of trying out different products to improve my grip for pole fitness and so far Dry Hands has given me the best results. This will not be the same for everyone though and I've been told that some days Mighty Grip will give better results than Dry Hands. Although Mighty Grip did make my hands feel tacky and didn't leave a residue on the pole it did not give me any extra grip at all.

Helps with grip on the pole for climbing moves and spins. I find it better to put it onto the pole, rather than my hands as it stays effective longer. Would recommend.
