I bought this light to read my new Kindle in bed. Whilst it will clip on to the Kindle it is a little unweildy like most (flexy) book lights. However, I found that just clipping it on to a chunk of duvet - or even standing it (yes it will stand nicely)on the bedside table worked great. The light is very directional using the flexy arm and is not as intrusive as having a table light on yet it casts a great light on the Kindle for easy reading 'in the dark'. I'm very pleased and feel this is very good value. 3 AAA Batteries came with this one.

I had the problem of having to read my book with my main room light on, which meant after I was relaxed from reading my book, I would have to get up and turn my light off! Thankfully, I found this, and it has saved my reading experiences! Light, and very flexible, it is what I needed to complete the ultimate reading experience!

Ordered this little gem for my son so that he can read in bed without distubing his younger sister by having the light on. He loves it. Gives a nice bright fresh light which is much better than a flourescent bulb or dim night light. It's practical and looks cool too. Clips nicely onto the bunk bed without any problems- clip is wide and seems strong. Batteries also supplied which is good. My daughter now wants one for herself also so she can have fun too!
