Miffy bean rattle in blue baby-soft plush with delicate star and inscription of Miffy Little Star embroided in it. There is a rattle in Miffy's bottom that stimulates sound. It has an individual die cut swing ticket with ribbon tie.

Miffy is a cartoon character in the form of a small girl rabbit drawn by Dick Bruna. Her original Dutch name is Nijntje (pr. nein-che) which stems from a toddler's pronunciation of the word "konijntje" meaning "little rabbit".

She was created in 1955, after Dick Bruna had been telling his one-year-old son Sierk stories about a little rabbit they had seen earlier in the dunes, while on holiday.

Durability:    Educational:    Fun:   
Cute as can be, cuddly and the perfect size for tiny, chubby baby hands. This little Miffy rattle is really a nice treat as a gift, or just as a small token to new mother and baby - perfect to bung in with a bunch of flowers, for example.
The rattle sound is quite delicate and descreet, unlike many others.
It feels like a safe toy to give to a tot. I recommend it highly!
