Product Description
Another case for Detective Chief Inspector Barnaby (John Nettles) and Sergeant Troy (Daniel Casey). Honor Blackman stars as ex-socialite Isobel Hewitt who has been accused of assault by a fellow fly fisher. However, during their investigations, Barnaby and Troy turn up two bodies in the river and, in order to solve the case, they need to find out what is going on by the riverbanks of Midsomer.

This is one of my favourite episodes which had Sergeant Troy in it. Great cast and as always plenty of murders!

Another fun romp in Midsomer County, with DCI Barnaby (John Nettles in his signature role) gradually getting to the truth of the matter, assisted by DS Troy - Daniel Casey, who played six or seven seasons as Barnaby's comic relief bagman before being written out by promotion to DI in the Great North of England.
As enjoyable to watch as most of the series, this should not be your top purchase, however - much better to buy all or a large part of the Midsomer series, reducing dramatically the per-episode cost and increasing the pleasure substantially.
