Product Description

DCI John Barnaby (Neil Dudgeon) and his assistant DS Ben Jones (Jason Hughes) tackle another murder mystery in the picturesque Midsomer region. This time the demise of a journalist draws the attention of Barnaby and Jones. The murder is eerily reminiscent of events in a cult 1960s horror film starring a resident of the county and set to open the Midsomer Langley Film Festival. Can the investigative pair get to the bottom of the mystery?

3.0 out of 5 stars Trying 17 April 2013

I suppose after 15 series it would get a little tired.
Although I do like the fact that Neil Dudgeon doesn't take it too seriously.
When are they going to give Jason Hughes something to get his teeth into, he must be so sick of being the sidekick..

5.0 out of 5 stars getting it right 20 April 2013

they are finally getting back to the old winning format.... Jones is not the dummy they were trying to turn him into and Barnaby is finally solving cases like his cousin Tom. I was going to quite watching but gave it a second chance and glad I did. I have every episode and continue to enjoy both Barnaby's in my own private reruns
