I was very sorry to have to say goodbye to Inspector Barnaby. It was quite a shock to hear he was 'retiring' from the job.Everyone at home is a 'Barnaby addict'and this last episode was shown on French television a few weeks ago in French of course.I have got nearly 80 dvds of Midsomer Murders and I enjoy watching them from time to time.Thank you John Nettles for giving us so much pleasure over the years.

I greatly enjoyed Midsomer Murders 'Fit for Murder' on television using subtitles so ordered the DVD for myself. I was delighted when it arrived but was horrified that it didn't give subtitles. I enjoyed "seeing" the episode again but being one of a great many people with very poor hearing I'm sure I'm not the only one who won't be ordering any more Midsomer Murders DVDs until they contain subtitles.

I really enjoyed this episode. Rather sad that this is the last episode to be made with the wonderfully, talented John Nettles. Tom Barnaby - you will be missed. Maybe this will be a collector's item in the future?!

As you would expect from a Midsomer Murder dvd it was of good quality and entertaining. Little disappointed with the ending for such a good programme but still very watchable.
