Format:DVD
we don't get to see Joyce in the Barnaby boudoir in this episode; instead she is taken by Tom on a trip to the seaside. it is not the most pleasant of experiences for her as the weather is inclement and of course Inspector Barnaby is on a case and looking for clues amongst the locals most of the time. an entertaining slice of midsomer life with some warm-hearted moments and great acting from Julia Mckenzie who seems to be cleaning the houses of just about everybody who lives in the village as well as helping out behind the bar of the pub.
