3.0 out of 5 stars Poor editing 2 Sep 2012
Format:Kindle Edition
Bit of a slow starter but once it got going quite an enjoyable read. Unfortunatley the grammer mistakes completley distracted me from the story itself, ie. 111 instead of I'll. Really poor. Luckily I got this book for free otherwise I would have been seriously cheesed off! May try another of Kimberly Raye's books but as yet am undecided.

5.0 out of 5 stars Enjoyable 26 Feb 2000

I loved this concept, the hero is going incognito at a toy laboratory as super geek Marvin until he can clear his name; there he meets Josie - superintellegent and on a manhunt (she even created a list of Ten Commandments that her future husband must have). Josie wants to marry or be engaged before she turns 35 (in a few months). She is suppose to meet her friend's cousin (an exotic dancer) and winds up meeting Zorro (aka Matt the real persona of Marvin - handsome, sexy and not at all a geek). I love books that can make me laugh and feel good and this is definitely one of them. I loved the discussion when they are designing their new invention to take to the science expo. Great enjoyable, book that makes you smile.

5.0 out of 5 stars Love and laughter at its best! 10 Mar 2000

If you're looking for a genuinely amusing character driven read you won't want to miss this one! The plot is pure fun and the characters are lovable. The sensual tension is intense and the romance develops at a believable pace. This one ranks right up there with Dara Joy's HIGH ENERGY, only it has a much smarter heroine. If you're in the mood for a fun, sexy read you can't go wrong with this one. It's the perfect book to settle in with after a long stressful day. END

3.0 out of 5 stars Can I place My Order now? 8 Feb 2003

Making Mr. Right! I'll sign up for this. Well that's what the heroine Josephine was going to do. She is a top scientist who has invented a plastic skin that is great for making life like toys, so why not make a man. She has dated all the pushy jerks that she can stand and now she wants the perfect man and she know just who can help her make him, Matthew Taylor. Matt is a genius robotic scientist. He can build anything and the chance to regain his crediblity was to hard for him to pass up. He soon realizes that Josie needs more than a plastic man, she needs him.He can't be perfect but he can show her how to love his imperfections.

Together they build the perfect man but they also build a lasting friendship and deep love for each other that will stand the test of time.

There are some wonderful secondary characters in this book that made me laugh so hard I cried. I would really recommend this book for an afternoon of lite reading, or if you are in a gloomy mood, it will bring a smile to your face.
