She nails it... 23 Feb 2012

I love her work, I love her messages and this latest book is no exception. Reading about why we feel the way we do... and a little humor is a good thing. Download it. You will be glad you did.

Great Read! Full of helpful info. 20 Feb 2012
By C. Logan - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Kindle Edition
I've been stuck in a midlife crisis for the last five years. Reading lots of books, looking for answers to my problems. This short and sweet guide has some of the best and most practical advice I have found yet. The author clearly speaks from her own experience, which is very reassuring. I highly recommend this book.
Solid advice written with encouragement and humor 27 Feb 2012
By Ann Berkshire - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Kindle Edition
Covers a lot of ground in easily digested, self-contained segments. Can be read on the subway or train while commuting, at quiet lunchtimes home alone, while waiting in the car for kids to finish practice, or while "watching" unappealing TV programs with one's spouse. The advice perspective ranges from the macro to the micro -- who knew that a certain kind of sox prevents blisters while exercising? Now I do! Ditto the right kind of sunblock, how to get rid of belly fat, and how to maintain my perfect weight once I regain it! Thanks, Chapman!!
