The app is finel, especially because it's lite. I'd just like more features, possibly multiplayer. It also doesn't look too great but that's minor.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good for what it is 30 Jun 2013

There isn't much I cant say about this product that isn't said by the title :) It is a useful way of managing life totals and keeping track of cards, although the interface is far from perfect. The reason I haven't marked it down is because the interface is limited by the device.

4.0 out of 5 stars Decent but i have seen way worse 31 Aug 2012

I've been playing magic for over a decade and have seen many things come and go with only a few constants. This app is a great free app for the casual player but now for a die hard format player. The limited life totals is a bummer but it doesn't ruin the app. The terms dictionary is an intriguing concept but some of the definitions are not "true" game terms. That isn't actually a bad thing. They are "plain words" rewrites which are easy to understand and would be great for a new or rookie player. My 8 year old was having a hard time understanding some key word abilities and this made it easy for him as he could read it and then tell me what he thought it meant and I could ellaborate for him. This definitely a step in the right direction and u cant beat free. Oh I do have to agree with the poison counter issue. I get what the prior review means about poison/damage deck so y have both life and poison counter but any good deck needs versatility. So too should any app designed for MTG. definitely an app I'll be keeping tabs on.

4.0 out of 5 stars useful 22 Dec 2012

It's a pretty usefull app for MTG players, two player life counters and an automated (and impressively random) dice roll are available. There is also an index for the meanings of different effects and attributes but it is a bit outdated, they don't have the newer effects included at this time and those are really what I need, hopefully they will put an update out for this soon. Overall the life counters and dice roll are useful and, while not currently useful to me, the index would be a Tod's nd for a beginner.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great App! 11 July 2013

Its a great app that has worked flawlessly for me. I like the unique life counting system it uses because it comes with larger life presets such as +5 or -5 rather than requiring you to tap +/- 1 life 5 times so that's pretty convenient. Works like a charm for basic 1v1 life counting. However if it does increase to 3 or 4 players I am yet to find that function. Regardless, it does it's job as an electronic life counter! I'd strongly recommend the app to anyone in need of such an app.

3.0 out of 5 stars nice app 16 May 2013

this app has a database of, to my knowledge, every term for M:tG, going back to the halcyon days of Alpha. I didn't notice anything for poison counters, or to track tokens, or this app would have gotten a higher rating. It is the lite version, so what do you expect though?
