5.0 out of 5 stars Healthy, and good food 4 July 2009

I love this cookbook, because it has easy, quick, healthy and tasty meals. Since I have been using Middle Eastern and Indian recipes, I have lost my taste for fast food and frozen food. It was not a case of giving it up, I just do not have the desire for it anymore. You can have a delicious home-cooked meal in minutes.

Yummy recipes and healthy ones too. It's great to try new ingredients and serve your family new things. Don't want the dinner table to get boring !!! and the leftovers are great for lunch !

3.0 out of 5 stars Good book 4 Oct 2011

In general, it is a good book.
The quality is very good. And it is hardcover.
Perhaps, for my taste, it is a little bit too big.
Recipes, as the title of the book states, vary a lot. From greek musaka to tipical arab dishes.
The arab basic dishes are detailed here.
Perhaps it is not the Middle Eastern food book that I've followed or cooked the most, but I can't really say that there is something bad about it.
