1.0 out of 5 stars Don't waste your money! 12 Jan 2009

Fun: 1.0 out of 5 stars
The graphics and user interface on this game are rudimentary to say the least. It has the look and feel of some of the lesser PC game offerings of the 1980s (yes I did say 1980s!).

Sorry but it annoyed me so much I couldn't bear to look at any games besides backgammon. At first glance the computer is a weak player of this game. There's also no doubling cube - this is a basic feature of backgammon.

You have been warned...

3.0 out of 5 stars Mind the gap 11 Nov 2004
By JD
This is a very good compilation of board games, from the classics (Chess, Backgammon) to the more obscure.
There are a few classics noticably missing (9-mens-morris, hearts) but it is good to see a range of more unusual titles to stretch any player's experience.
There are no difficulty levels as such, but players should find a level of play to suit them - bosses are much harder to beat than other players.

The graphics are not great on this game but it's o.k to play a game of chess or backgammon once in a while & there's plenty of games on the disc I've never heard of before aswell so overall not bad for a couple of quid.6/10

4.0 out of 5 stars Mostly for the backgammon. 3 Aug 2012

I got this game for one reason.. i couldnt find a backgammon game anywhere.

There are many other games to play on this disk but most are a little unheard of.

saying that, i do enjoy the backgammon and its definitely worth the money for that alone!

Another good one for the collection.
