I have loved this, light, plastic, casserole dish since I bought it - very cheaply (!) from this site a few months ago. It is a great addition for microwave useage - potatoes take about 20 minutes, as with normal cooking, but those I have used come out absolutely delicious. as do other casserole ingredients. It is a question of experimenting with your own recipes, timewise, but you can hardly fail - if you're on the cautious side, you can easily put it back in the microwave for another few minutes after prodding !

Cooks everything to perfection and keeps the goodness whilst sharpening the flavour.I bought this one for my son who swears by it too.
Perfect present and my vegetarian and vegan nieces love it too.

I have only had this a few weeks but I have used it nearly ever day. Veg/Rice are great, they tasted better and are not watery plus a lot quicker that seaming on the hob.
The only down side it there are only instructions for rice/pasta so I have got to experiment with the times.
