Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. minced fresh or frozen onion dash of black pepper 1 tbsp. milk Mix all ingredients in 1-quart mixing bowl. Shape into 5-inch patty and set aside. Heat 6" browning skillet 2 minutes at 100% power. Place patty in skillet and cover skillet with paper towel. Cook 1:30 minutes at 100% power, turning patty over halfway through cooking time. Let stand 1 minute. Place on plate and serve.

I have been cooking for myself using the recipes in this book for well over two years now. In this time I have learned how to prepare delicious food with the minimum of fuss but, more importantly, I have not had to suffer any further meals with my wife and children.
My top tip is to ensure the oven door is properly shut when staring at your baked beans otherwise the headaches can be quite bad, although on the plus side my eyes can now see in the microwave spectrum which is handy for avoiding speed cameras. Recommended.

I had no idea you had to push the button to get it to go all twirly whirly-ping. All my life I've been spooning food into the blimmin machine, sometimes through the back vents, and waiting. This book has saved me! Ive been experimenting with 'pinging' just about everything I can get my hands on - celery, coke, yoghurt, cats. Am looking to start a neighbourhood club, perhaps even a rally!
