I have a Microsoft Mobile Mouse 3000 which is great - in use for almost a year and nothing but joy and happiness resulting. On that basis I wanted another but thought I'd try the 3500 instead, mainly because it offers a more compact USB connector. It's been in use for several weeks now and I have experienced the same problem as outlined by one or two other reviewers of the purple coloured variant - the cursor leaps about the screen like a thing possessed. Reinstalling the USB connector seems to offer temporary respite but all in all I have to say I'm slightly disappointed - shame because it looks ok dressed in white - but then looks aren't everything!
