5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Mouse, maybe a bit expensive. 29 May 2012

I bought myself this for my birthday, as I was sick of the horrible colour of the HP one IT supplied me with. I also have an Apple Keyboard, although the white and grey shades don't match the mouse, they look more suited than the HP ones.
This is a really comfortable mouse, fits in my hand really well. The texture on the back part is really nice in the hand.
I find the inertia on the scroll zone really useful, much better then mauling a scroll wheel.
The only slightly annoying thing about the mouse is; in order to perform a middle click/scroll wheel click, you have to double tap on the scroll zone.

What I'm looking forward to seeing is the durability of this mouse. I use it on a desk, without a mouse pad, and I want to see how the front pad will hold up to the friction.
The main downside of this mouse, is the price. But it was for my birthday, and I deserve it. It also matches my Apple keyboard.

5.0 out of 5 stars Microsoft Arc Mouse. 5 Feb 2013

A really good mouse. Very portable. I would say the only slight downside is the sensitivity of the touch scroll. Apart from that I would give the mouse a well deserved five stars.

4.0 out of 5 stars Beautiful but not the best mouse for a power user 20 April 2013

This mouse is very lovely to look at and hold, very slim so perfect for sticking in you bag with your laptop and works well for people who don't have small hand. The 'scroll wheel' area works remarkably well.

The downsides however are:

1. If you have small hands your fingers may not be long enough to reach the end of the button area which is where the button is easiest to click. About half way up it gets much tougher to click and it stops being as nice

2. The base of the mouse appears to stop being slippy quite quickly so you can't use the mouse as accurately as it sticks a tiny amount on some surfaces, especially shiny ones. It gets much better if used on a sheet of paper but I thought we had gotten away from using mouse pads

I would buy another but some friends who have tried it didn't get on with it. I wouldn't use it for graphics work
