Does what it says on the cover.This book is the best if you want to know everything there is to know about Windows 7 ,this is it.
The back cover sums it up as "BEYOND BASICS...BENEATH THE SURFACE...IN DEPTH. This is the one book that you can rely on to answer all the questions you have now and will have in the future "Microsoft Windows 7 in Depth

At over 1100 pages, Microsoft Windows 7 In Depth is unlikely to be used as anything but a resource. In this way, most people will pick up the book, search for a solution to a specific computing problem, and read the section. Complete with full step by step instructions, lots of examples, and often more than one alternative to an issue, this is a good book to have on hand.

Likely, only a few techno geeks and reviewers will read through the entire text. In the case of Microsoft Windows 7 In Depth that's too bad. I found plenty of interesting little tidbits that I probably would have missed otherwise. My advice is use Microsoft Windows 7 In Depth for troubleshooting and learning about the new Windows 7 features but also do a bit of browsing too.

Windows 7 is totally different to XP or Vista etc and so if you have just got Windows 7 this is the best book on the market to buy even if you think you know what youre doing. It explains everything in simplified terms and you will find there is so much stuff on Windows 7 you never knew you had - its a BRILLIANT book and well worth the investment. I havent found anything as yet that has not been covered - make the most of your Windows 7 and buy this book -
