Finally!.... I'm so pleased that at last I found a book that answers so many questions about the whole process of creating and analyzing business reports. It is very easy to understand and it shows you step by step how to prioritize the business needs in order to help you design in the most efficient manner KPIs, dashboards and measures with great performance. The tips and tricks are very useful too.

This book contains a comprehensive description of path to implementing a reporting and monitoring solution with PerformancePoint Server 2007.
Book present detailed illustration of implementing various solutions, and also describes why you may prefer one option over another.
Excellent guide for beginners and also contains advanced topics on expanding functionality of existing PPS instances.
Highly recommended.
