This product is intended for system builders and small OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) who manufacture computer systems and preinstall Microsoft OEM system builder software onto those systems. Its use is subject to the OEM System Builder License Agreement that is affixed to the side of all OEM system builder software packs. The system builder who installs the individual software license and distributes hardware units must provide end-user support on terms at least as favourable as the terms under which the system builder provides end-user support for any fully assembled computer system. The system builder must place its support phone number in a noticeable location in the fully assembled computer system help files or end-user documentation. System Builders who buy this MLK (Media Licence Kit) will receive a box with a CD key only. Your box will NOT contain a media disc. You will need to purchase an OPK Media Kit (OEM Pre-Installation Kit) to use the software.
If your customer's PC is Office Ready (this means it has an office image pre-installed), all you need to do is sell an MLK at point of PC sale, or within the 60-day trial period. An Office Ready PC already has the Microsoft Office suites pre-installed, so there is no need for any installation by either you or your customer.

It seems I just get the hang of one OS and Office version and I am compelled to upgrade to the next one! The licence kit worked fine on my pre-installed software and arrived after only a few days so full marks for delivery, I hope I have no problems with the Office suite however as it seems source disks for recovery are only a dream.
