Product Description

This is the ultimate guide to the design, migration, implementation, administration, management, and support of an Exchange Server 2007 environment. The recommendations, tips, and tricks covered are based on more than two years of early adopter implementations of Exchange 2007. The authors highlight the features and functions that organizations both large and small have found to be the important components in Exchange 2007, including the new Outlook Web Access mail, functions that better support mobile devices, server-to-server mailbox replication for better data recovery, and integrated voicemail unified messaging.

  • Build a lab environment to test that your migration, implementation, and support processes are valid
  • Implement Cluster Continuous Replication for effective disaster recovery of a failed Exchange server or site
  • Integrate Exchange 2007 Unified Messaging into an existing telephony environment

Satisfied... 19 April 2009
Format:Paperback
A rather informative guide on the product and would reccomend it for the price it is being made available at. The availability of a soft copy version made it helpful. All the best.

Item faulty x2 7 Dec 2007
Format:Paperback
Took delivery this morning and pages fell out when book opened. Have requested replacement.

Good news: replacement received very quickly.
Bad news: Same problem with book coming apart.Wish I had read previous review. Clearly no quality control procedures in place at Amazon.
A shame because content very informative and readable. Loads of hassle trying to return item owing to what appears to be a spat between Amazon & DHL. 1.Amazon point you to DHL site in order to print returns label. 2.DHL confirm collection date.3.DHL fail to turn up. 4.Email DHL to find out what is going on. 5.DHL respond with a "2 finger exercise" using a one way email address.6.Contact Amazon explaining difficulty. 7.Amazon respond with url pointing you to DHL site in order to print returns label.(deja vu?).
Need I say more other than the fact I have decided to keep one copy and buy a roll of sellotape as I need the information in the book for a project I have just been tasked with.

Bad Binding 7 Jun 2007
Format:Paperback
This is my third copy of this book and each copy exhibits the same problem - the binding is falling apart. If you were to fully open this book I'm sure it would split in two. Not sure why all of a sudden a Sams title exhibits this behaviour as past titles have been fine.

I guess I will have to give up owning this title and return it once again for a refund.
