Microsoft Encarta 2007 (Standard Edition) (PC)
This product is very good but also very disappointing in that there are several parts that do not work, where a window opens with the statement 'Encarta has stopped working' and one has to try to seek the answer by going on line - and this doesn't work either. There are several sections that do this, eg., Art & Literature/Other resources/World Languages; Geography/Country Statistics/City climate; Social Sciences/Religion/Other Resources.
I would not recommend this product to anyone else as although it is clearly very comprehensive indeed, it is at the same time most frustrating.
