NO.The shift button on the left hand side is smaller to accommodate the slash key at the side of the Z key.Not a problem though still easy to use.

It should work on any version of Windows. It works on my Windows 7. It might be faulty or broken. Can you try it on another PC?

I'm afraid l can't answer your question as - l am trying hard to keep possible spillages away from my electrical equipment, although l recent submerged my Windows phone in water an that unfortunately did not resist.
