I have been a Works user for years. I was pleased that the new Works 9 retained those facilities that I value: easy file creation and management within the Database - great for expenses files, which can then be totalled by month and analysed by category. Satisfactory basic Spreadsheet, although I use Excel for "clever" stuff. The Word Processor is like a simplified MS Word and is great for letters, envelopes and links to the Database or the email Address Book for names & addresses.
I would not be without it.

Let it be clear: this is a great household package. It is great for producing letters, flyers, greeting cards etc. on the fly. But let it be clear also: this is no educational package, as it is lacking presentation software (powerpoint). If you have kids/students, opt for Office student licence, or the free OpenOffice.

My old computor was not coping with the works which I had so purchased works 9 and I can do things a lot easier and giving more detail to my work.
