Steer clear. Ours worked for about 2 days. Not ideal for young children as the contacts underneath the cars are easily ruined.

My sons are only 2 and 3. Once set up for them the eldest has already mastered how to use joystick to keep the cars on track. I think we have so far been lucky with good contacts from car to track but I guess it would have been a different story had they not been stuck well. I much prefer this track to set 1 having tried both.

Fast delivery and very good price. 3 year old grandson has not got the controller worked out yet it is either fast or stop. The cars are flying off the track but appear to be holding up well. I have been informed today he has got the hang of it so fingers crossed it will last a lot longer. Ideal for young children as described.
