This Scooternot only looks really cool but is also really sturdy and easy to fold up and down for ease of carrying. No assembly required at all and a great design.

Our 6 year old loves it.

I am not experienced with many other scooters I bought this after we bought the younger version for my son (the 3 wheel one with the plastic base - which was excellent). Unfortuately I dont feel this one is as good a scooter. It is lightweight and the handles are comfortable it seems much like other scooters and can collapse down quite small. That said the collapsing mechanism was not easy to use (stiff and hard to coordinate 2 levers) and I dont think a young child could do it themselves.. even an older one would struggle. This scooter lost a nut (from the other end of one lever) after we bought it and now I cant collapse it at all. That said it can still be scooted on and my daughter loves it.
