If you want a easy-to-use, lightweight, compact stroller then the Toro should be in your shortlist. We had initially planned to buy a Uppa Baby stroller for ~£600 and saw this at the Kiddiecare store in Peterborough. We had never heard of the brand and no one else we spoke to has heard about it either. Which is very surprising since it's absolutely fantastic. It's designed and built in the UK and it just seems to have a better build quality than the competition (Quinny, Mamas & Pappas, etc), most of which seems to be built in the far east. The folding mechanisms is incredibly easy and as the name suggests it's at least 3-4KG lighter than most other travel systems.
It's not perfect, there are some features missing that the other travel systems have. For example the seat will only face one direction, the handle can't be adjusted for length/reach and the front wheel have a wider track than the rear wheels so it takes a bit of getting used to. But these are all very minor issues.
