Michelle Diener

I write historical fiction, and my first book, IN A TREACHEROUS COURT, was published by Simon & Schuster's Gallery Books imprint on August 2nd, 2011. It is the first book in a series featuring the real historical figures of artist Susanna Horenbout and King Henry VIII's Keeper of the Palace of Westminster and Yeoman of the King's Robes, John Parker. The second book in the series, KEEPER OF THE KING'S SECRETS, is set for a February 14th, 2012 release.

As for me, I was born in London, grew up in Kwa-Zulu Natal, South Africa and now live in Australia. I've worked as an editor, a publisher and the manager of a small IT company. Now I spend my days immersed in the streets, palaces and homes of early 16th century London.
