Low fat food at its very best,

Although this book no longer looks revolutionary as we have seen so many low fat diets, it is. The difference is that this book explains how to enjoy this healthy eating approach with superb meals and, if you want to, how to have a day off.
Reading the book I particularly enjoyed the explanations of ways to plan effectively and save time. Not only do I have great recipes and a shining light of food creation to follow, but ways to stay healthy and not take hours in preparation. When did you last read a low fat cookbook that didn't just villify frying? Buy this now, it will be free after a month when you have used the recipes to avoid eating out and expensive diet meals from supermarkets. After that every day is a saving, health and money.
