My name is Michael Boxwell. I have been writing about technology, motoring and the environment for many years with articles being published in newspapers, magazines and online.
I wrote my first book in 2003 (The Proof of Delivery Buyer's Guide - now in its seventh edition) and have since followed that up with the Solar Electricity Handbook (first published in 2009 and now in its 4th edition) and The Electric Car Guide series of books.
When I'm not writing, I am a technical architect and designer. Formerly, I was a managing director of an electric vehicle supplier in the UK. I also run the Reva Electric Car owners club, one of the largest electric car owners clubs in the world with around 1,100 members worldwide.
I am currently working on a number of new eco books, a TV series and a children's book of stories. I am a regular guest on the Transport Evolved (www.TransportEvolved.com) and on This Week In Energy (www.ThisWeekInEnergy.tv), both produced by Little Collie Productions.
I live in Warwickshire in the United Kingdom. I am married with two children.
