Michael B. Thompson is Vice-Principal of Ridley Hall, Cambridge UK and Lecturer in New Testament Studies in the Cambridge Theological Federation.
He is the author of Clothed With Christ: The Example and Teaching of Jesus in Romans 12.1-15.13 (Wipf&Stock), The New Perspective on Paul (Grove Books), When Should We Divide? (Grove Books), Transforming Grace (BRF), several articles in the Dictionary of Paul and His Letters (IVP), and chapters in The Gospels for All Christians (ed. Richard Bauckham; Eerdmans) and Heresies and How to Avoid Them (ed. Ben Quash and Michael Ward; SPCK). With Markus Bockmuehl he edited and contributed to A Vision for the Church (T&T Clark). He was a consultant for The Illustrated Bible (Dorling Kindersley) and for the BBC radio play series Witness (by Nick Warburton).
When he's not teaching, writing or in meetings, Michael loves to play guitar.
