A very large grill pan/griddle. For some reason Amazon sell it for nearly £5 less than the smaller version. Has all over, three coat non stick coating, which can be used in the oven and with metal utensils too. Has a chevron type pattern rather than usual horizontal type, and you can easily fit four burgers or pork chops in it. It's also light for such a large pan. Cooks very well and only requires a wipe with oil periodically, so your kitchen won't be spattered with cooking oil. Produces healthier and tastier food than traditional frying pan at a very good price.
