Very well made, sturdily riveted, lovely dark blue enamel finish to theoutside. Dishwasher safe. This is a lovely pan, probably only big enoughfor a single strifry session, though.

decided to buy a new wok as the old one had seen better days and I couldn't have picked a better one! It has even heating and is absolutely and completely non-stick. a good sized pan and not too heavy to lift, good grip on the handle so no stir fry on the floor! But as its such a good non-stick I use it for custard and sauces and anything else I think I can use it for!! If you are thinking of buying this wok then I say do it, you will not regret it.

This super wok is sturdy, does not suffer from "hot-spots" when cooking, and I have yet to have anything burn or stick. It is superior to cheap woks, and definately worth paying, for a pan that makes stir-fries, poached eggs, even deep frying so easy! I use it for many types of cooking almost every day. the handle stays cool,and has a non-slip grip. The pan is dishwasher proof, but rinses out easily after use. A great addition to any kitchen.
